Pam Shlemon, Executive Director

Pam has over 20 years of management, operational and strategic planning experience. As President and Executive Director, Ms. Shlemon plays a critical role in shaping the Foundation’s research strategy, as well as establishing a team of research experts who’s in the field and collaboration will assist the foundation in achieving their mission.  She advises on strategic and programmatic direction and spearheads the foundation’s fundraising programs.  Prior to joining the Foundation, Ms. Shlemon was the Regional Vice President for ChartOne, a national leader in technology solutions for the healthcare industry.

Kristen Daniels, Director of Development

As Director of Development, Kristen plays a pivotal role in the overall sustainability and development of The Foundation.  She is responsible for implementing, coordinating and evaluating the Foundation’s development activities and programs.  Kristen provides leadership in securing financial support by cultivating and soliciting donors, developing and executing stewardship strategies and activities, and creating new strategies to advance short and long-term development efforts to support the mission, vision and priorities of FPN.  Prior to joining the Foundation, Kristen managed development efforts for the USA Swimming Foundation and the American Heart Association.

Brenda Navik, Senior Program Coordinator

Brenda assists with the development of support programs for the Foundation, including special events, grant proposals, direct mail, marketing, newsletters and media relations.  Ms. Navik also actively assists in the fundraising efforts for the foundation. With 13 years of management and operational experience, Ms. Navik was the Project Coordinator for The Charmm’d Foundation prior to joining the Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy.
