Blueberries, Apples, Grapes May Reduce Diabetes Risk

A new study suggests that eating more fruit, particularly blueberries, apples and grapes, may reduce the risk of diabetes. The researchers found that for every three weekly servings of blueberries, grapes, and apples diabetes risk reduced by 26 percent, 12 percent and seven percent, respectively.  READ MORE
