Cell Therapy for Diabetes Neurovascular Complications: NIH $6.1M Grant Funds New Studies

Emory University School of Medicine has just been granted a $6.1M grant from the NIH to conduct research on re-programming cells taken from bone marrow or peripheral blood of patients with diabetes to treat neurovascular complications such as diabetic neuropathy.
