Weddings and Special Occasions

Make your wedding or next special occasion even more meaningful by turning it into a way to support the vital work of the Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy. When you make a gift to FPN in lieu of traditional party favors, FPN will provide favor cards to commemorate your generous donation. Consider a special occasion gift whenever you are planning.

Your favor cards can be personalized up to 100 characters with your own message to share your spirit of loving commitment with your guests in your own words.

To learn more about the Foundation’s special occasion favors, call 877-883-9942 or email inquiries to info@TFFPN.org. Be sure to reference “Special Occasion Favors” in your subject line. Your favors will be printed on card stock with the Foundation’s signature color band and logo.

The Foundation recommends a minimum gift of $5 per guest. Please be prepared to tell us how many cards you will need and whether envelopes are required. You will be asked to provide your credit card information, as well as the name and address where cards should be mailed and the date of your special occasion. A contact email address and/or phone number is also requested in case of questions. Once your gift is processed, cards will be printed and mailed to you. Please allow at least two to three weeks from the time you make your contribution for your order to be processed and delivered.

Stock Donations

FPN welcomes individuals who elect to contribute through gifts of stock for public companies. FPN benefits through the distribution of dividends and/or liquidation of assets at fair market value.

Planned Giving

Through long-range individual and family planning, many people find that it’s possible to make a more substantial impact on this important work as well as provide valuable tax benefits that include the reduction of taxable income and elimination of capital gains.

Leadership Society

The Leadership Society honors those individuals and families who have contributed significantly to the work of the Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy in support of its work to promote awareness, education, treatments, and, eventually, a cure for peripheral neuropathy, a condition that affects one in every fifteen Americans.  The Foundation supports basic research at Johns Hopkins, Harvard Beth Israel, Mount Sinai and Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and provides educational resources to those suffering from the debilitating effects of this disease.
