Support the Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy (FPN)
Established in 2007, FPN is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improve the lives of those affected by peripheral neuropathy through awareness, education, advocacy, and research to advance the discovery of new therapies and cures. It is our ultimate goal to utilize every means and opportunity to dramatically improve the lives of those living with this painful and debilitating disorder. With your contribution, you become an important part of our success and a special part of our family. Other Ways to Give
Donor Advised Funds (DAF) allows donors to make a charitable contribution, receive an immediate tax deduction and then recommend grants from the fund over time. DAF Direct currently facilitates grant recommendations from donors of Fidelity Charitable®, Schwab Charitable®, and the BNY Mellon Charitable Gift Fund®. More national and community foundation DAF sponsoring organizations may be added in the future.
