2025 matching gift opportunity to fund research

Our donor, Mary Ann Elliott, is supporting neuropathy research in a huge way: she’s matching donations up to $50,000 to support research scholarships in peripheral neuropathy.

We did it! Thank you to those who helped us reach our goal in July.
Still want to support our mission? Donate today.

text: let's fund more neuropathy research

Dear Friends and Fellow Neuropathy Patients:
I’m reaching out today with an urgent request—one that has the power to shape the future of peripheral neuropathy (PN) research. As someone who has lived with PN for 15 years, I know firsthand the daily struggles and the relentless progression of this disease. But I also know that we have an opportunity to fight back.

Through the Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy’s (FPN) Clinical Research Training Scholarship (CRTS), we can fuel groundbreaking discoveries and bring fresh talent into the field—advancing research that too often takes a backseat to other conditions. By supporting emerging researchers through the CRTS, we ensure that bright, dedicated minds focus on PN at a critical stage in their careers—accelerating progress today and transforming possibilities for tomorrow.

DONATE NOW

FPN is leading the charge, investing nearly 40% of its annual budget in research to make PN a priority. The CRTS program is one of its most powerful initiatives—a multi-year, $150,000 scholarship that has already funded four promising researchers, with more than $600,000 invested so far. But there’s still so much more to do, and here’s where you come in.

We did it! Thank you to all those who made it possible for us to reach our goal in July.

Still interested in supporting our mission? Donate today. Whether we fund one or 10 new scholarships, every gift moves us closer to innovative treatments—and, one day, cures. Join me in this fight. Together, we can drive meaningful change for our community.

With gratitude,
Mary Ann Elliott
