Genetic Testing Survey

Next month, FPN will be hosting an educational program on hereditary neuropathies and genetic testing. This program is generously being sponsored by Alnylam Pharmaceuticals. Stay tuned for more details.

To prepare for this topic, we are asking interested patients to please take this survey on genetic testing. It will provide us with a great baseline of understanding on this topic and allow us to better cater the program to the audience.
