Advocacy Day & the critical need for research dollars
On March 18, FPN staff and board members traveled to Washington, D.C. to speak up for the 30 million Americans who have peripheral neuropathy (PN). Our visit was urgent because earlier in March, the U.S. Congress passed a bill that cut funding for medical research by 57%. Read a recap of our first ever Advocacy Day.
Want to join us? Contact your state representative(s) today and ask that medical research funding be restored in the FY2026 budget. Without this funding, fighting diseases without cures, like neuropathy, will become more challenging. Your voice matters now more than ever!
