Can Ultrasound Treat Chemo-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy?

Low-intensity focused ultrasound therapy (LIFU) may be a safe and effective treatment option to manage chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy, but larger prospective studies are needed to devise a specific protocol. This is according to research results published in Pain Management.

AAN Issues Formal Position Statement on COVID-19 Vaccine

In line with FPN’s advice from scientific experts, it is still encouraged for everyone, including PN patients, to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, according to the most recent statement from the American Academy of Neurology (AAN).


According to the AAN Committee, “vaccine benefits outweigh risk of post vaccination complications.”

Cannabinoid Survey for Chronic Pain
